INGREDIENTS

2 ½ Cup Bisquick (or similar) 4 Tblsp. Cold Butter, cut into cubes 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese ¾ Cup Milk ¼ tsp Garlic Powder Garlic Butter, melted (for basting) Dried Parsley, for garnish
Cheddar Bayou Biscuits 
Preheat Oven to 400* In a large bowl cut the cold butter into the Bisquick using either your fingers or the back of a spoon. The mixture should appear crumbly and there should be pieces of butter floating around in the mix. Form a well in the center of the mix and add the milk, cheese and garlic powder. Mix lightly to combine, don’t over mix. Onto a parchment lined sheet pan drop ¼ cup sized biscuits. Bake for 15-17 minutes. When the biscuits are done remove them from the oven an immediately brush them with the garlic butter. Sprinkle a little parsley over the top and serve warm.
